the place was ideal and well priced and the staff were amicable, the location was marvellous close to transport facilities.

The room I was given was exceptionally clean and compact with a sofa and all the main necessities and coffee. Consistently courteous people were working here. The location in a good area was good and very convenience and there were a supermarket and a convenience store nearby. Tokyo International airport was hardly 25 minutes away by car.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

This hotel is perfect for public transportation, with a short walk to the train station and many restaurants nearby. Compared to other hotels in the area, it was much cheaper. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The basic amenities were all provided, and the rooms were neat, clean, and decorated in a simple yet authentic Japanese style. All of this at a low price.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Yokohama. the location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the JR train station, making it incredibly convenient to travel around. Secondly, the staff were amazing - they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the fact that breakfast was included. this hotel offered great value for money and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even lent me a glue/paste to stick a stamp on my postcard. The rooms were clean and the basic amenities were complete. I also loved the breakfast selection, which was delicious and had a variety of options.

The only small issue I found was that there could be more space in the rooms. It was a bit hard to maneuver around, especially for parties of two or more.
